Frequently asked questions
How much does bar catering cost at a wedding in Αλεξανδρούπολη?
Most companies charge per guest for a set number of hours, with price depending on the drinks list, signature cocktails and how many bartenders are included. Ask what happens after the package hours end and whether there is a different rate for guests who don't drink alcohol.
How many bars and bartenders do I need?
A common rule of thumb is one bartender per 50 to 70 guests so queues don't form. In large or open venues, a second serving point helps the flow — especially at the welcome and right after dinner, when demand peaks.
What should I check in the bar-catering agreement?
Put the operating hours in writing, what the drinks list includes, which products are branded and what happens if something runs out. Ask whether your venue allows an external bar and who covers ice, glassware and consumables — small costs that add up.
