The Wedding Experts OU and its affiliated companies respect the personal privacy of every user of the Website. This paragraph summarily states the information that the Company may gather and the way in which it may use it, as well as information concerning the actions which the user of the Website must take if he does not wish for the collection or further processing of his personal information during his visit to the Website.

Personal Data

1. The Wedding Experts OU or its affiliated companies may keep a File and process any data of users (e.g., name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) (hereinafter “personal data”), which comes to its knowledge through the Website and the services provided through it, only if these data are provided voluntarily by users. In this case, the Company may transfer the Personal Data to companies affiliated with it, where this is required for reasons of operational and computerized servicing of its transactional relationship with the user, or for statistical or historical reasons. Likewise, recipients of the File data for the promotion, support and execution of the transactional relationship between the Company and the user of the Website may be third parties who cooperate with the Company for the provision of the services related to the File, or the Company may (provided it does not receive a specific contrary instruction from the user) disclose the Personal Data of Users to third parties for the advertising promotion of the products of the Company or of businesses with which the Company has a partnership, for market research or other similar activity, and for the distance promotion of products of its own or of third parties. Minors

1. The Company does not intend to gather any Personal Data from persons under the age of eighteen. Where this is appropriate, the Company will clearly inform minor children not to submit the said information to the Website and/or will take every reasonable action to ensure parental consent for the said submission.

Parents should be aware that the Confidentiality Policy of the Company governs the collection, keeping in a File and processing of Personal Data by it, but with regard to any information provided voluntarily by minors – or others – within the framework of electronic conversations (chat sessions), exchanges of e-mail messages (e-mails), through electronic bulletin boards or similar means, it may be used by others to send electronic messages that the minors do not wish to receive.
