Τζιτζικες

Tzitzikes - traditional musical group (orchestra) based in Athens, active since 2010, with singer/frontwoman Anna Chaidemenaki. The ensemble consists of five members (voice, clarinet, violin, lute, percussion) and performs traditional songs from all over Greece (island, folk, Smyrna, Thracian, Cretan, folk, rebetic, Balkan melodies). They appear at weddings, baptisms, church ceremonies, feasts and other social events throughout Greece.
