Frequently asked questions
How much does a wedding cake cost in Greece?
Pricing is usually per serving and depends on the tiers, the decoration — sugar paste, fresh flowers, handmade details — and delivery with setup at the venue. A dummy base with only the top tier real cuts the cost without changing the look.
When should I order the wedding cake?
Order 3 to 6 months ahead, once the venue and the style of the reception are set. The flavour tasting usually happens in the same period. Confirm the final guest count and delivery details 2 to 3 weeks before the date.
How much cake do I need for my guests?
Plan a smaller portion than a normal dessert — it is served after dinner and often alongside other sweets. If you are offering a generous dessert buffet, the cake can cover fewer people. The pastry shop will recommend a size based on your menu.
