A diner was called a chef in ancient Greece. The first chef to be called a diner was Archestratos who is considered the father of gastronomy and was known throughout ancient Athens for one of his recipes which includes “sea bass seasoned with silphio and covered with gidotyr”.
So we, embracing the culture of the ancient Greeks, widely known for their rich eating habits and elaborate way of cooking, renewed our kitchen and our menus and created the Diners Home Catering
