Charles & the SAX | Sick Banana
It first became known as HASTA****BANANA in London in 1988, when it was formed by Karolos Kakaras and began performing as a Latin band in trendy shops in Kensington and Chelsea.
With the return of Karolos to Athens in 1990, the group was surrounded by young musicians. Since then they have performed in shops and concert venues in Athens and the province. They have also undertaken the musical coverage of many events and product promotions and new venues.
Over time, Hasta Banana enriched the band's musical style and changed their name to Charles**&theSax**. As a result, the group has acquired a diverse style with influences from latin, rock, pop, funky, jazz & swing and reggae.
